  2. Advanced Figure Drawing: Heads and Facial Features

Thursday, June 25, 2026at 5:30pm - 7:30pm

Overton Park

The original location and known as The Brooks Museum of Art.

Dive deeper into human anatomy with instructor Hayes Paschal as he helps you grow your figure drawing practice. Figure drawing is fundamental to many art practices and teaches skills such as observation, proportion, and composition. In this class, you’ll learn about how to uniquely capture the head and face of a subject - transforming your piece from a study of the body to a representation of a unique figure. Whether you’re new to figure drawing, looking for a new approach, or want to join a creative community of artists, this class is welcome to all. Please note that this workshop is intended for adult participants only. For kid-friendly art making, please see our Family Programs page.
