Unleash your creativity in this hands-on watercolor workshop led by acclaimed artist and former Memphis College of Art professor Susan Maakestad. Whether you're a total beginner or just looking to brush up on technique, this class offers a welcoming environment to explore the beauty of watercolor painting.

Susan will guide participants through a series of basic techniques, helping you build confidence with every brushstroke. After warming up with practice studies, you’ll create a vibrant floral painting with an emphasis on line and color.

No experience necessary—just bring your curiosity and enthusiasm. All materials provided. This workshop is for adults only (ages 18+).
