Whatever brings you here, there is a membership that gives you a place in the museum from the beginning. Join through any of the options below by October 31, 2026, and you will be recognized as a Founding Member.

Join the club and come back often. Art Club includes:

Join a Collective as an Ambassador for $250 annually or as a Leader for $1,500 annually.

Focused on emerging local and regional talent, the Art Now Collective fuels the museum’s role as a launchpad for new voices in the visual arts.

Memphis Art Museum League

Memphis Art Museum League is a group for people who want to support the museum through fundraising, advocacy, and volunteer service. The League presents the Mid-South Scholastic Art Awards, helping young artists in grades 7 through 12 share their work and earn national recognition.

Join by October 31, 2026, and your name will be permanently included on the Memphis Art Museum Founding Member listing.

Your membership will also help fill the new museum with exhibitions people talk about and programs that keep them coming back. It helps keep admission free for Shelby County residents and brings more than 20,000 school-aged children into the museum each year.

Is Founding Member a separate membership group?

No. Founding Member is the recognition you receive by joining Art Club, Art Club Passport, a Collective, or Memphis Art Museum League by October 31, 2026. Each group continues to operate in its own way.

Membership gives you more ways to take part. Depending on the option you choose, that may include early event access, museum discounts, reciprocal admission, Collective gatherings, or volunteer opportunities. Your dues also support our education programs, exhibitions, and more.

Each has its own purpose and benefits. Art Club and Passport offer traditional museum membership. The Collectives form communities around particular areas of art. Memphis Art Museum League is a group centered on service and support.
