Six times a year, three days in the fall and three in the spring, we open the Memphis Art Museum for homeschool families. Each day pairs time in the galleries with hands on studio work, built around a theme drawn from the collection. Activities are designed for mixed ages so siblings can work side by side, and the material connects to art history, world cultures, science, and writing. Parents are part of the day too, not supervising from the hallway. Register for a single day or the full series. Space is limited and each day is ticketed separately.
